what is Kinesiology Tape For Bowling

 Kinesiology tape for bowling is also called bowling tape or bowling ball tape, it is a special tape used by bowlers to enhance grip and prevent the thumb from slipping from the bowling ball during pitching. It’s usually made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex for extra friction and grip.



There are two main types of kinesiology tape for bowling. One is bowling thumb tape, also called bowling finger tape. Its main function is to protect fingers, increase finger friction, and prevent blisters. The other is bowling insert tape, which can also be called bowling ball thumb hole tape. Its main function is to adjust the size of the bowling ball thumb hole so that it fits better with your fingers.
